REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Arcan Kaleidoscope is committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns are accepted, which items are eligible, and how the return process works. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Free of scratches, marks, or signs of use
  • In resaleable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the nature of handmade and custom products, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Earrings
  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
  • Engraved items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Arcan Kaleidoscope is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will request:
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged during transit)
  • A description of the issue
If the fault is confirmed, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A store credit
  • A refund
Faulty items must be returned in their original condition before a replacement or refund is issued.
Damage caused by wear, improper storage, chemicals, tarnishing, or accidents is not considered a manufacturing fault.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, including:
  • Custom designs
  • Altered designs
  • Engravings
  • Made-to-order sizes
Please ensure all details, measurements, and specifications are correct before placing a custom order.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed.
Once processing begins or the item enters production, cancellations are not possible.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled at any stage.

7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are handled the same way as returns.
To be eligible for an exchange:
  • The item must meet all return conditions
  • You must notify us within 7 days
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • You are responsible for shipping costs of the new item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Refund Method
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

9. Items Lost or Damaged During Return Shipment
Arcan Kaleidoscope is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.
If the return parcel cannot be located or arrives damaged:
  • No refund or exchange can be issued
  • You must file a claim with the courier you chose for the return

10. How to Request a Return

Please include:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the item (front, back, and close-ups)
  • Reason for return
Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

11. Final Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We may update or modify this policy as needed.
